GC Bauer Construction, is a small family owned and operated business that focuses on the needs of our customers. We specialize in various facets of construction but primarily enjoy residential projects where our quality and customer service can be fully appreciated.

I chose to work in this industry because from a very young age, I was fascinated with building things. Around the time of my 9th birthday my father showed me how to carve wood which began my hobby of making model boats from scratch using balsa wood.

My 3 brothers all took trade classes in high school learning to work with metal and auto mechanics to wood and construction. I jumped at the first opportunity to be a part of wood shop when I was 13 and haven't looked back since.

At the age of 24, I began contracting in Seattle Washington where I got my teeth in framing and custom home remodeliing. In 2001 I moved back to California and after working for various contractors as a superintendent and project manager, I decided it was time to get back into what I love the most, personally taking care of customers and their dreams.
